Attending a sound healing session can help restore the body's natural frequencies that often become out of sync as we live our lives. During the session you will tune into beautiful tones from a variety of healing instruments, including crystal quartz singing bowls, Koshi chimes, wave drum, and shakers. Take the time to experience the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits you can receive from immersing yourself in this amazing experience! Bring anything that will aid in your comfort- a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc. Just a note that individuals who have pacemakers, implanted pumps/devices, epilepsy, and women who are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy are advised not to participate in sound baths. Looking forward to sharing this beautiful experience with you!
