Restorative - Relax and Renew

Restorative yoga is a completely different experience than most other styles of yoga.

It is a restful practice set to soft lighting, candles and soothing music. Restorative is a restful, nourishing, meditative practice focused on slowing down….and opening your body through passive poses. Using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters students are able to stretch without even realizing they’re doing it. With the aid of props students can hold postures longer, thereby releasing deep tension from both body and mind.
