Grounding Sound Bath: Root Chakra Clearing w Soulful Notes

Join us as we take the time to reorient our mind, body, and soul to the powerful energy of the Earth with this Grounding Sound Bath focused on our root chakra. Our root chakra is responsible for our feelings of security and stability. It is what helps us stay grounded in our lives. During the session you will first engage in a guided meditation focused on clearing and re-grounding your root chakra. Then you will tune into beautiful tones from a variety of healing instruments, including crystal quartz singing bowls, Koshi chimes, wave drum, and other instruments related to the root chakra. Take the time to experience the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits you can receive from immersing yourself in this amazing experience! Bring anything that will aid in your comfort- a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc. Just a note that individuals who have pacemakers, implanted pumps/devices, epilepsy, and women who are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy are advised not to participate in sound baths.
