Awakening to Spring: A Spring Equinox Sound Bath with Sacred Journey Sound

Celebrate the arrival of Spring with our Awakening to Spring: A Spring Equinox Sound Bath event. Spring is a time to welcome new life and new energy. Allow the vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, ocean drum, rain stick and chimes to synchronize the rhythm of your body with the positive frequencies produced by these sound healing instruments. It's the perfect way to experience deep relaxation, awaken your senses, connect to the earth, and manifest new beginnings. The event will begin with some breathing exercises and a meditation to ground you and help clear any stagnant energy. From here you will be ready to tune in and receive the healing vibrations of these beautiful instruments to help restore your body, mind, and spirit. Please bring a yoga mat and anything you need to make yourself as comfortable as possible (i.e. eye mask, pillow, bolster for knees and/or back, blanket). **Please note that sound baths are not recommended for individuals that have pacemakers, implanted devices, epilepsy or women in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
